EDA announces new member

The European Demolition Association has announced that Latvian-based company Demontaza has become its latest member.

Headquartered in Riga, Demontaza operates across multiple sectors and often purchases sites that have been marked for demolition. It offers a range of services, including dismantling, rubble recycling, equipment hire and aggregate sales.

They have a variety of success stories, such as the dismantling of the railway fly-over on Gogola iela, and the demolition of the former underground nuclear missile base in Galgauska.

Among its works, there are demolition of structures and buildings, rubble recycling, equipment hire and earthworks. One of Demontaza’s notable services is the usage of crushed concrete and bricks, which they utilize for temporary roads, car parks and various open areas.

Known for its emphasis on safety, precision, and environmental consciousness, the company is said to put great focus on transparency and collaboration.
