LVI Services Inc has acquired the business of Mazzocchi Wrecking, the largest demolition operation in the New York area. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Founders Grace and Nick Mazzocchi, as well as the rest of the company's employees, will remain with the company as part of the LVI team. The Mazzocchi name will not, however, disappear since the company will operate under the LVI/Mazzocchi name for the foreseeable future.
